Returns policy for Nic Johnson MTB Coach online merchandise sales
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or refund to the original payment method provided you meet the terms below:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, damage or use.
- Sorry no refunds for ‘change of mind’
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the returns form that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us to the address provided.
Additional Information:
- You will receive your refund or replacement product within 7 days.
- Shipping return fees will be at the customers expense unless it is a warranty.
- Refunds will only be for the items returned, not outward shipping fees from original order.
- Lost or damaged returns will be processed through the carriers polices.

I left the session feeling more confident in my riding and stoked to get out there. Just waiting for some good timing to book more sessions!

With the skills she taught me during an accessible and still challenging training of only 3 hours my speed, confidence and fun has gone up! Would really recommend anyone who is into mountainbiking to have some time with Nic!

I am reasonably confident on the bike, but it was amazing how much i learned and how much technically i could improve on, from bike set up, to every aspect of the fundamentals 😉

She has super relaxed style that makes you feel at ease and helps to get your riding dialled. She is also so knowledgeable about all the technical bike stuff, which was a great help to me! We covered so much in a 2 hour private lesson I’m so ready to get shredy this summer!

From basic body position and corners to jumps and drops, Nic has helped me build the skills I needed to feel confident and have fun while riding on a whole range of mountain biking trails. From making sure your gear is in order before setting off, to your optimum bike set up, your body position, cornering and just a real fun experience at Makara mountain bike park this was so worthwhile. Lots or learning as we climbed and then put it all in to practice as we head back down. My son and I felt much more confident in how we approached our cornering, both uphill and down hill! and getting our body position and line right for that safe fun descent, thanks Nic we learnt lots of stuff! Highly recommended!…….thanks to my niece for booking this for us, she is a much more experienced mountain biker and she learnt heaps too, as Nic great at tailoring the advice to your individual needs. Loved it! 😀🙏🏻❤️
